Star Metal Recall Sdn Bhd was established in 2002 as an independent, privately held scrap metal recycler. Sam Chow K F, founder and Professional Accountant has owned the business from its inception developing the business from an initial MYR100000 investment to one of Klang Valley fastest growing recyclers.
